Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original Viski gift boxes and protective outer shipping carton to prevent breakage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
